need a recommendation for a GOOD TV tuner/card for a PVR/TIVO system

A relative is thinking of building an ALL IN ONE system with TV/PVR MULTIMEDIA type system etc etc .

Asked me to recommend one ...... so im here to ask the experience of the forums wealth of information to provide some facts and figures and recommendations

ATI cards are an excellent choice, I´ve been using an All In Wonder 9600 and it works great, comes with every app you´ll need for to run a multimedia center pc and has support for 2 displays (either tv + vga or vga + vga) and as a plus games can also be played in the same set.

If you like this option check the models, when I purchased this one there were avaible both versions: one wit a digital tuner and the other came with an analog tuner, the digital tuner performs much better than the analog.
