need a new DVD Drive

i need a new DVD Drive which DVD+R/RW and DVD-R/RW can read. what is the best DVD Drive?

Yeah,I`ve just purchased a new LiteOn LTD-165-02VHC DVD-ROM drive retail for about $35 after my good old Pioneer conked out.Should arrive in the next few days-I`ll tell you what it`s like after it arrives..

i have the Toshiba SD-M 1612 with Firmware Crack but this can not read DVD+R/RW and the DVD Ripping is very slow.
