Need a mail manager...

Well I use M$ Outlook for mails at work and it creates as I can see only one file for all the messages eg inbox.dbx.
The inbox file is growing fast it has about 550mb!! and it says that there is not enough memory or disc space when I open Outlook Express...
Does anyone know of any programm the creates mail dir??

Use the "compact all folders" Outlook (Express) option. AFAIK all decent mail clients store mails in one file.
Currently using Mozilla Thunderbird standalone client- gr8 stuff, and immune to most mail hacks which are specifically made for Outlook (Express) vulnerabilities.

Thanx scarecrow for your help..Yep checked Thunderbird but it also stores messages in one file...
