NAV2003 Pro - Help Needed

Hi!

Just installed the above but found that the 'Advanced Tools' like Unerase, Wipe Info, Recycled Bin and Norton Protected Recycled Bin doesn't work.

When clicked upon there's an error message asking me to visit Symantec Technical Knowledge Support Base to look for 3003,108 & 3003,109

I went to Symantec website but found no support for NAV2003 Pro.

Any idea what's it that causes the problem?

I'm using W2K SP3.
