NAV 2003 Final or Beta Version ??

Downloaded Nav 2003 last night .. had no .nfo of the group released it ... so I am unsure whether it is the final version ... is there a way to tell ... there was a README.TXT and said this :

Beta version I had last time said July 2002 .. So this could be the final ? ... anyone ??

this is is most prolly another beta as offical release date isnt avail to buy until september so i guess it is a beta version like all the others out there !
