MyIE2 Proxy setting - anyone managed it ?

I have posted this elsewhere to, so here goes - I am completely totally and absolutely baffled with how to set a proxy on MyIE2. I have tried every way I can think of and it just keeps coming back "no proxy set" Has anyone managed to get this working, and how did you do it (step by step would be great !)

Hello Phil K

I set up mine by editing the myie.ini file found in config folder. Open the file in a text editor and search for DefaultProxy=.

For example with my isp blueyonder, proxy server is webcache.blueyonder.co.uk and port 8080.

So I edited that line as follows:

DefaultProxy=webcache.blueyonder.co.uk:8080

Now open MyIE2 and make sure Options -> Use Proxy Server is ticked if not already.

Using version 0.6.835 by the way.
