Multisession useing Nero 5,

After buying a new puter and useing Nero 5 for the first time, I tried to back-up my old H/D useing some normal cd's that some already had info on them, by mistake I clicked new session and have lost the info I had already on the cd, I know its still there somewhere but cant access it, can anyone tell me if there is a way or is it lost forever? :(

Isobuster is able to recover your hidden files back to your HDD; you don't need to register Isobuster for doing that, it's possible with the freeware functions;
