I have Nero 6 Ultra editition, and whenever i try to use it to convert movie files to an mpeg 4 format, it tellls me that i need a multichannel plugin, but when i look on Nero's web page it tells me that it supplies this plugin with the version of nero that i have 'ultra edition'
can anyone tell me if they have had this problem, and how did they rectify it.
