Windows XP Application Compatibility Update April 2002

Is there a way to download it ? I searched the main site but can't find it, I don't want to run the windows update !!!

Yeah I know but this way I have to install the activeX thing by microco*k, I would like to have the *.exe updater so I can run it on ev'ry pc...
