.mpg to bin&cue

my dvd player doesnt play .mpg directly but it plays svcd/vcd's made with dvd2svcd.

i want to put this .mpg in a bin&cue like the ones made with dvd2svcd that contains other folders and information so that my dvd player will play it.

If the MPG file is VCD or SVCD compliant then just load into VCDEasy, url above, and click GO. Then burn the cue/bin file out with VCDEasy (tools/cdrdao), CDRWin or your favorite burner.
