Hello,
Does a video mpg 1 video file have a ' header ', like an .mp3? If so, is it possible to insert information into it without re-encoding the clip, and, have info come up on any version of Windows Media Player, with the fields..

I'm aware there's a comment field that you can fill when using TMPGEnc, but I want something more upfront and immediate, any help on how to do that, or, software available for that task?
Encoding mainly v. low bandwidth mpg for the internet, just want more info with files.
