Mpeg - Vcd

Hello
could anyone suggest what program i could use to convert mpeg/avi to VCD and burn onto disk. I have tried to download Neroburn as I think you can use this, But this will not download from this site

Use Nero (any new version), select Video CD and .....burn it. Simple.

If your interested in better quality, dont use Nero to convert, just use Nero to burn!

Follow the step by step Tutorial I have written in the Tutorial section and you will get the best quality conversion available. Plus it not any slower either.
