hi
i dl a mpeg which was meant to be vcd but when i load the mpeg into nero
it says its not vcd compliment so iv tryed de-multyplexing then used main
concept encoder to encode it to vcd now when finnishd i play the mpeg in
2 different players wmp an powerdvd an noticed half way through it goes
out of sync by about half a sec to a sec iv tryd de-multyplexing then multyplexing as vcd an still is out of sync but the original i dl is in sync all
the way through help please the file iv got is a tv capture if that can help
