mp3 transfer

hello
I was curious if anyone know a way to send mp3 any other way but e-mail, from one puter to another?

problem exists that when I tried to send via e-mail I locked up outlook express to a unrecoverable point.

now host puter uses ms outlook.

thought about ftp but don't know how to do that, any suggestions?

all files = somewhere around 134,456,367 bytes

Yes Ftp is fine for it, the easiest way to put up an FTP is get this program.
h**p://www.serv-u.com/
I did it in 5 mins yesterday, notice it was the first time, didn't take long right? ;)

FTP will do it, but you have to mess with IP addresses and
such.
Another option is to use a P2P(peer-to-peer) program like
Kazaa or WinMX.
Just name the .mp3s you want to send something special,
"thisforjoe.mp3", or whatever, tell the person you want to
send them to what the names are, and what time you'll be
on line. At the appropriate time, you both fire up whatever
P2P program you decide to use, the receiving party does
a search for the names you gave him, then they can just
download them.
This way, if your ISP has any "terms of service" gunk about
running a server, you won't violate it. Granted, just trading
.mp3s could theoretically violate a TOS, but it's less obvious
than running an FTP server, even for just a short while.
