any prog for converting mp3 to ogg without having a loss in quality?

you cannot convert lossy format in another lossy format without losses..Still you can convert it with minimal loss of quality.....Still--if its allready mp3--i wouldnt touch`em--damage is done allready!!Speek frontend should do the magic

Ogg vorbis is lossy. The new boy in the xiph.org clan is flac, which IS a lossless format.
