mp2 audio to dolby ac3

Hi
i have a divx 5 encoded movie which has a mp2 audio stream. i want to convert this movie into a dvd compliant mpeg2 format . i am able to convert the video stream through TMPGenc but i would like to know whether its possible to convert mp2 audio stream to dolby digital ac3 stream. if so through which program.

An MP2 audio track is also DVD compliant so no need to convert to AC3. The MP2 is also smaller than the AC3 as well.

Also if u have dolby pro-logic on your system you will still get a good surround effect.

yes, there is no need to convert as it is already compliant, but if you still want to do this, a good program I know for this is:
