Mozilla Backup is a utility for creating backup of mozilla, mozilla Firebird and mozilla Thunderbird profiles. It allows you to backup mail, favorites, contacts, etc.

Nice indeed- discovered it just yesterday, and it saves me some time when I upgrade.
I would rather prefer to see a multiplatform .xul release, though...
