1.02 (or 1.0.2) is a release on the 1.0 stable branch, not on the current progress which has reached 1.2.1 and 1.3 Alpha.

Current trunk builds are marked as 1.3b, with the Beta release cycle due to start (trunk freeze for approved checkins only) on Jan 22nd

1.0.n mainly exists to provide a stable reference for anyone wishing to develop against a relatively steady code base.
