Can anyone help ?

How can u burn 735mb onto a 700mb disk I have tried overburning but nero still says the file is too big to burn
is there a way to compress the file without losing any quality

if its an mpeg file then choose to make a VCD it will then fit

try using nero its easy to use using the wizard other programs can do it too but a lot of us here use nero for vcd burning

If its an AVI file it would not normally fit as you found. Some CDR's if overburnt (and if your burner supports overburning) will hold 735m no problems. Failing that, get a 90min CDR and it will then fit.
