Moved Posts & Posting In The Wrong Places

no, i'm not a mod or anything as can be seen. but we are having so many MOVED or WRONG-PLACE POSTED threads, the forums are loosing its charms. REQ in NEWS, S/N in TROUBLSHOOT and what not are being posted everywhere regardless of the FORUM HEADER. it seems, there is no way of knowing what to find where ! mods are not here solely to move our posts. with so much wrong posting, I guess, ppl should be appointed particularly for this dirty job of moving posts. this greatest forum on earth would be beautiful and smooth to browse if we all read the rules & stickies and think a little before posting. no offense intended - could we all give this a thought ?

yes agreed bangla. Some topics can be a little difficult to determine where they fit in best, but some are obviously in the wrong section (those people really should think more about before posting).
However to find something in particular, generally easy to use the search button (though I always tell people to try different types of searches on one topic *make it more general than specific).

Yep...agreed.We are going to start moving the obviously wrong ones(posts) to the proper place, without redirects. That will keep the board cleaner,I think. Many need to pay attention to where they post.It is making the board a mess.

I'll make a plea to limit the amount of "stickies", or provide an option to ignore stickies unless there are unread.

Either that, or lengthen the page (doh! - that MIGHT be a profile option) so that a days new/updated threads fit on one page.

Actually stickies is another good point.I think they should be moved to News and Info_Only problem is ,they won't get the same kind of attention.Something to think seriously about.;)

All stickies and hot topics have been moved to News and Information!!No more redirects either! They will just be moved.

Thanks for the input guys!;)

maby a "misc" section

or maby "i dont know wher this goes so.." thread ;)

then at least all the misc posts would at least be in once place and not cluttering the rest of the forum !! ;)

I think, D'LOAD SECTIONS (link only) for both cdr & non cdr softwares can help reduce the confusion. ppl would then know where to post or get proggies.
