Man sues noisy sex addict neighbours
A Romanian man is seeking damages from his neighbours, alleging that his health has been affected by their noisy sex sessions.
Neculai Olaru, 72, is battling for £10,000 from the couple because he says they give him no chance to relax at his flat in Bucharest.
He says the tension from having to hear their continuous moans and groans has led to him having a heart attack.
"They start as soon as they arrive home at 6pm. I thought I would get some peace after they finish but they just start again and again. I didn't scream like that when I was their age," Mr Olaru said.
A court in Bucharest is to hear the case next week.

Right to wee is in US constitution, judge tells jail
A US man has been awarded $10,000 after wetting himself in jail.
The man was denied access to a toilet while visiting his son in a Grand Rapids prison.
A judge said the right to urinate was protected by the US constitution.
US district Judge Gordon Quist said: "The ability or opportunity to urinate being a matter of bodily integrity, is a fundamental right subject to due-process protection.
"Also an adult urinating in his pants in front of others suffers extreme humiliation."
The victim was told he couldn't use the bathroom in Newberry jail, Michigan, as the inmates were being counted. He had to wait more than 20 minutes.
Officer Russell Malicoat was laughing and treated the situation as a "big joke," reports Associated Press.
The judge said the "deliberately indifferent" attitude of Mr Malicoat, "shocks the conscience" .
