how(prog) can i mix mpeg files(svcd),please?

TMPGenc will allow you to join (mix) SVCD files together. Go to MPEG Tools / Cut&Merge section, Add first SVCD, Add the second, give an output name, set Type to MPEG2-Super VCD and hit RUN.
