Just burnt AVI to DVD using the tutorial, for some reason though the last 2 minutes or so are missing from the movie (fine on AVI file) Weird eh?
Any Ideas?

It it missing also in the *.mpv file ? Have you checked the avi with DivFix and DivXRepair for problems? What does GSPOT say the legth of the avi was (in Hr Min Sec) and what does your player say the length of the encode is?

Avi Ok

The file - MPlex_Muxed_File00 - did not have the last couple of minutes of the movie included.

I checked the original AVI with DivFix, no errors found.
Everything OK with DivXRepair.

Did find this in MPlex Log though:
**ERROR: [???] Failed write: C:\Output Folder\MPlex_Muxed_File00.mpg.

What you reckon, try converting again?

Perhaps a problem with hitting 4+GB's on a FAT32 partition which is I guess why ChickenMan was asking about the mpv file which presumably is under 4GB's, but perhaps over when you multiplex it with the audio.

You will get that if running a FAT32 HD or you ran out of HD space. As I asked about the *.mpv file, does it play complete? If so then just manually author the *.mpv and the *.ac3 or *.mp2 file in TMPGEnc DVD Author or DVDLab.
