Missing Icon On Menu

I used Clone DVD to copy The Lion King.
Disc 1 is fine but Disc 2 has lost its moveable icon on the menu.
Does anybody know where I went wrong.
Never had this problem before.

It`s happened again !

I ripped Lion King 3 with dvd shrink 2.3 and when I watched it on my standalone, NO ICON AGAIN.
Does anybody know if this is a Disney problem, or something else, as this is two Lion King dvds this has happened to.
