Microsoft works 2002

Ive just installed microsoft works 2002.
But when i try to run it it gives me an error message saying i cannot use it as it didnt show the end user licence agreement, and tells me to reinstall which i have tried several times and still no EULA any ideas?
Any help would be much appreciated

Try to copy/paste eula.txt from the cd to the program's directory.
