Menus for SVCDs

Hey, just thought I should ask what the best and easiest way for me to make a menu for my SVCDs that will work with my DVD Player. What program(s) should I use, and what is the best method for going about this? Thanks.

Nero and WinOnCD can both make simple but effective Menus for SVCD's. TSCV can also be used also, is a bit complicated and its also freeware.

thanks for the reply, but I can't stand Nero myself, and I don't really have WinOnCD 5.x installed at the moment. Also, where might I be able to find more information on TSCV?

ChickenMan, would it be possible that you could zip up the program and post it as an attachment please? None of the download links that I have found on the Internet have worked for me, even the one from the site you gave me, and www.tscv.org.
