MenuModder question

I also tried this with MenuModder but I didn't get it to work.

I now use MenuEdit.

MenuEdit is a DVD vob file editor for Windows which eliminates a root of the problem - removes buttons from dvd menu screens and replaces unwanted material with what you like. No button - no problem.
I've used it for quite a while now and I think it's a great util !

yep ME is a cool tool :) but I guess you need the fully registered version to get the full benefits as the free version has it's limits but even free is still useful for some things :)

The main aim of MenuModder was to be a quick way to edit the buttons while previewing at the same time as hunting through the ID's on MenuEdit can take some time and I'm real lazy so I thought other's would like the time saving

I did have the highlight removal on the todo list for MenuModder. Due to the playback issue things got held up and development on the buttons slowed down. I guess it would probably take a few days development but with the lack of interest I guess it's been sidelined as I'd rather look at other stuff for now that may be interesting as the button is dead anyway so it does the job for most :). I'll see what I can do if I get some time ;)

Can it completely disable a menu entry so that it doesn't even highlight any longer?
I totally forgot about this :), yes it does but you have to use the editor for now until it's automated

here is a quick guide HERE that will give you an idea on how to do it
