I don't know how but suddenly I got a new tool bar on my internet explorer that said "netsearch" and had a bunch of garbage buttons on it.
If you right click on the tool bar area, you can turn it off but it comes back the next time you open internet explorer.
In case it happens to you, I was able to get rid of it by running Ad Aware with the 6/15/02 definitions.
