Does anybody know if there is any software or any other methods that I could use to make an enhanced cd that will play in a regular cd player and also have some multimedia available on a computer with menus and everything?

I know that nero can burn a cd-plus, but what I was wondering was if there was any programs that could help you to create an enhanced cd menu and then burn that to a disc. The menu is the thing that I really want to learn how to make. Does anyone know how to do that
