make a dvdr dvd preview

I want to make a dvdr of preview of some dvd movies like 6 dvd preview of 20 minutes with a menu to select the one i want... but dont know what prog to use... to copy a little part of a dvd put it on my hard drive make 6 different and afterr that burn it on a dvdr.....

if you want to now wy cause i works on a computer store and i dont want to take all my dvd with me....

Define "tuff".
Each program will require you to learn a little more about the process.
There is no magical one-button application that will do this.
These three programs are only my preferences, there are other ones out there, but I find these to be the easiest to use, in combination as the ones that give the best results.

It really does not take long to learn the above programs in a little over a week of using them i learned the basics of each and enough of them to make my own compilations :)
