Changes and bug fixes in version 1.3.1:
1) The "Quality limit" option in the Video Settings (Advanced Settings) has been removed.
2) Fixed bug in Version 1.3 which showed a wrong time during batch encoding.
3) Fixed bug that caused the Encoder to crash or abort during long encoding sessions.
