main movie <= 4.7gb

hi there,

i'm new to ic and haven't tried it out much. here's something i am curious about: what does ic do, if i want to do a movie only copy and the main movie files of the original dvd are <= 4.7gb? does it touch the files in any way? will the quality be exactly the same as the original or will it be compressed?

Besides that you dont need to run a DVD < 4.37GB through InstantCopy, you could just burn using you favourite DVD capable Burning Software, as long as you dont remove any vts, an keep all sliders at 100% IC wouldnt change anything, it would just build the DVD Structure in its pdi file, which then would be ready to burn. But as mentioned, that basicly would just be a waste of time...

thanx for your answer. let's say the original dvd is >4.7gb but the main movie-files are <=4.7gb. ic won't touch the quality when doing movie only, righty?

Aslong as the percentage slider is set to 100% the appendant vts stays untouched!
