looking for software that can overburn & support more than 64 characters in joliet

i am using nero for everything except those files that have filename longer than 64 characters, i use cdrwin v3.90, but it does not support overburn (i am using liteon x24 drive LTR-24102B), a dialog poup and said not enough on the disc without the option to continue.

you need a software, which supports the "Romeo" standard;

yup cdrwin CAN burn filename more than 64 chars in joliet format.
But CAN'T overburn for my liteon drive. (version 3.90)
