Looking for a font.

Anybody know where I could download or could somebody please email me the font "Helvetica" I think its a Mac font and I'll be using it with XP to design a web page. (The fact that only people with helvetica font installed has been taken into consideration)

As mentioned before its part of a family. If you have access to Adobe Font Folio 9, they are all on that.
