London Bombings

Very difficult to think, write or pay attention to anything but the London bombings. God give them all strength in the days ahead.

Terror, pure terror.....words are not enough to describe these cowardly attacks...
My condolences to our UK friends who were/are in the middle of this tragedy... :( :(

Makes me wish I was young enough to re-enlist to help fight against this onslaught of terrorist crap, my thoughts and prayers are with those in the UK, so sad......

I have heard many conversations today about this being WW3. I am wondering why it is not?

I don't know if this is political conversation...sanction me or delete it please if it is.

All my thoughts & prayers are with the victims & families of this cowardly attack.

I just hope they catch the scum that did this.

BaNzI :(

sad day indeed <> I wont speak on what I feel but we have to expect this crap in todays world sympathy to relatives of the dead & to the injured!.

It started this mornng, with one report of an explosion initially blamed on a power surge, and as more rail reports came in, it was still being attributed to some sort of network-wide power surge.

Then the first report of a bus explosion...

Last report I heard, had 33 dead... and maybe in a stoicism that comes from years of IRA terrorism, my main thought is "it could have been worse, a lot worse".

Now who do we bomb in retaliation?
Time to visit a few suspected al-Qaeda bases with cruise missiles, I would guess.
Hit them hard, and hit them even harder if there's another incident.

And for goodnes sake, let's find a way to kick their "hate preachers" out of the country, and muzzle the namby-pamby "human rights" lawyers that are always ready to defend scum!

Maybe it is unrealistic, but I don't think we have to expect this crap in todays world, I think we need to put an end to it, for once and for all.

will add a note here that this thread is being watched by admin and WILL be REMOVED if deemed to be getting out of order!

sure this is fine to discuss within reason lets just not get political with this matter :)

I've just found out that my family in London are safe. My sympathies to those we were not so lucky. :(

Very sad, but hardly unpredictable- "when" it was the only unanswered part of the issue.
The rest were predicted and analyzed on various instances... have a look say here or there...

In a really sick spam/virus scum twist

Trojan taps into London bombings

Less than a day after the explosions in London, a Trojan horse has appeared that poses as news footage of the attacks, MessageLabs said Friday. The malicious code arrives in an e-mail with the subject line "TERROR HITS LONDON" that is designed to resemble a CNN newsletter, the e-mail security company said.
Mind you, the same thing happened after 9/11 as well - do the virus spreading scum have not one shred of decency between them?
