locate your DivX file

I'm trying to follow the "How to convert your DivX/AVI to DVD±R" by ChickenMan.
I get to step Step2 where it says :
"3. Run Windows Explorer, locate your DivX file, and RIGHT Click on it. From the windows that opens, go to Properties, then Summary. You will now see all the characteristics of the file. Write down the Frame Width and Height and Frame Rate as we may need them later on" etc.

Problem is I do not know the exact DIVX file name he means, and therefor can not continue. I found my Divx folder under program files, but then do not know which one of the files in there to use.

Can someone help me out?

thanks,
