local disk (c:)

i dont know why but my local disk (c:) is blue??..but my local disk (d:) is black....like the words "local disk (c:)" is all blue....but my local disk (d:) is all black....and when i go into my c: drive "my documents and settings" r blue too....program files and windows r black....but whenever i put any kind of file into my c: drive it turns blue....for example if i put a picture blah.jpg into c: drive the letters would become blue....but if i have it in my d: drive its black....i dont know whats wrong....how do i fix this problem??..
 
there is a windows explorer option "show compressed files and folders in a different color" (or similar); You have enabled file compression for "C:/"?
