What did those things cost - more to the point, what would that equate to NOW allowing for inflation?.

Talking about prices, take a look at this on ebay

If you look it up, "a ridiculously expensive thing" seems to be accurate - you can find Win2000 drivers for it (I think I traced it to actually being a 3dlabs Intense3d 3410), but I wonder how it would score in 3DMark - probably rotten!

PS. It probably fouls the bays in MOST cases!
