swoped writers from plexter 121032a to a lite on 24102b plexter read safedisc v2 games liteon does not seem to read at all can anyone help

Using clonecd u have to use different settings than normal for safe disc2.Enable fast error skip and put read retries to 0 and error correction to none it might change to hardware during reading but this is ok for the litey.It should read ok now u can slow the read speed down if u want.
