lip sync problem

hello everyone

when working on a dvd after the maestro has finished I noticed a lip sync. error as predicted in the tutorial of CM,

although I made the corrections according to the guide the problem still remains, any suggestions ?

A bit more info needed, what are you converting to DVDR, an AVi or a DVD? Is the audio AC3 or MP2 or what? How is the lip-sync out, is it out a set amount throughout the movie or does it get worse the more movie plays ?
