LG GDR8161B and Nero 6 problem

Im not sure its the right place i post this

all nero versions up to 6.0.0.19 works fine, but if i'm installing a newer version nero tells me the dvd or dvdr disc i put in my LG GDR8161B is empty, tried on both win 2k and Xp, anyone know what curses that
Nero toolkits can read the disc's, but nero burning rom say its empyy

Hi Hackerjac,

I have exactly the same problem with the same dvd-rom.
I have Nero 6.3.0.11 and Win XP on my computer.
I have tried to flash the firmware from version 100 to 102, but didn't managed yet.
If you have found a solution for this problem, please help me !

newer isnt necessarilly better stick to the nero that works theres not much difference anyway
