LDW-401 problem

Hey all,
I have the 401S burner. I have DVD X Copy Express and burned to an +rw that came with the burner. I went to play it in my Panny RP56 and it won't recognize it. I upgraded the firmware to the ES0G firmware. Any ideas on what the problem is. It might be the media that came with the burner??? Any help would be appreciated.

Sure your standalone supports dvd+r\rw ?
Have the same burner and have had no probs with players supporting +r

I guess your dirve is a Panasonic DVD-RP56. Well if thats it at dvdrhelp they didn't talk bad about it so I would guess you have a media problem. You didn't say what media you use so you might want to take a look. Panasonic DVD-RP56. Good luck.
