keyboard pound symbol logitech

i have a logitech internet navigator keyboard that has the dollar sign instead of the pound sterling symbol how do i get the keyboard to use the pound sign instead.i tried regional and language settings it shows uk etc but it still wont let me use the pound sign.

Only thing I knew is to just hold down the Alt key while typing 156 on the numeric keypad when you want to make the £ sign.

Or according to Windows Keyboard Layouts page If you've got a US international Keyboard, press AltGR+Shift+$(4).

Did it include the keytops for a conversion?

UK layout places the pound on the "3", and moves a few other keys too, " # \ @ and others.
