+ "disable firewall" option now disables all modules in engine -> network security, system security, IDS and web filter

+ added ruleset validation to packet filter window initialization to prevent GUI crashes if there are rules referencing non-existent IP Groups
+ invalid rules having a reference to a non-existent IP Group are reported and red colored in packet filter allowing the user to fix their definition
+ update instalation is now started on proper session when using fast user switching on win XP
