Well heres the file I hope you were wanting, couldnt find another.I downloaded the software you recommended and also the software from Nero.I Hope you can sort this annoyning bloody problem for me.....or I shall reset my machine!...if that would make a difference?

perhaps try updating to the LATEST version of NERO the one you have now is quite dated
