Kaspersky Antivirus Problem

When i use Kaspersky Antivirus Monitor and i am connected to the internet, right clicking in a file to open the properties tab takes too much. Anyone had the same problem? I also use Zonealarm pro 2.6. Kaspersky version 3.5.5.4

Hmmm... I use Kaspersky AVP Vers . 3.5.133.0 and ZA Pro vers. 2.6.84 and I don't get this problem (if you mean it takes a long time to checkk the file...)

I configured the program to scan all files and all compound files

I agree, but bringing back the default values is the safest thing for the computer?

I run F-secure with default values on real time scan and still catches everthing
