will i wanted to make a demnstration for NTI CD Maker 6 Plentium...

i found a section for converting Avi to Mpeg
there i found four Stream formats for Vedio CDs

the Pic is Pointing to the Streams

my question is what is the deffrance between NTSC & PAL Streams

and what is the best stream to changing a Divx AVI vedio with saving the quality as possible....?

You dont say which country your from, but NTSC is the TV system used in North America, Japan and a few other countries. PAL TV system is used in just about the rest of the world. But if the AVI is in NTSC format, leave it at that, do not convert to PAL as it end up jerky. Same for PAL to NTSC.

The best quality results for AVI to SVCD would have to be using CCE (Cinema Craft Encoder). Have a read of this tutorial http://www.cdrbase.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=15298
