Hi, new to the VCD thing, but found out my DVD player will play VCD so I thought I'd burn a bunch of my digital photos to a VCD disk with Nero. At different points in the process of adding jpgs in Nero or Nero express I get "C++ runtime error R6025 - pure virtual function call". I'm using 5.5.9.0 and a TDK 48X. Never seem to get even close to buring it on a cd before that error pops up. Any Ideas? Thanks, John
I can't help you with the problem I don't know, and the only suggestion is
GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY!. Or if it only happened once then very normal, if it happens all the time then it's a different story.
Anyway, Nero is an OK program to create VCD/SVCD from still images but if you do more often then WinOnCD v5.0x is a better choice because it has more features than Nero. And just incase you need to know how to create VCD from still images, then just follow these simple steps.
1. Select
Video CD
2. Select
PAL-NTSC mode
3. Click
NEW
4. Drag & Drop still images from
File Browser window to
Lower Left Window
5. Do
Properties on all selected files and set the
Pause Setting = #
6. The
WRITE to burn.
I believe if you don't use MENU option then you should be able to add hundreds of photos (over thousand if small photos), or 99 max (actually 99 menus) if you use Menu.
