ISO files

Hi Folks,
I need some light on the ISO subjects. Looks like it will not run on a pc without a dedicated program (????). How do I transform it back to the original form? What software will do it ? Any freeware? Please send info you think important aout this.

burn to disk or load it in alcohol or dt.Or check search as it has been posted million times

...unless by "ISO" you also refer to generic or third party disk images (which is a mistake).
