Can anyone tell me if they know whether or not nemisis site is refusing U.S. ip's or not??

always get permission denied these days and aint completely sure of the reason.

don't think i broke any rules .

Also on the subject of this forum, wonder if there is a way to send a blank international money order somewhere to support this site.

It is absolutely the ONLY option i have( since i cannot do credit cards) My understanding of pay pal is that it also involves a credit card of some sort. Or maybe i've gotten that wrong?
